  • We arrange a variety of social events each trimester, particularly in Trimesters 1 and 2.

    At least 4 events run in each active trimester (Tri 1 and 2) on average. Some of the events that we run include bar hopping, 'speed-friending', an event designed specifically as an easy way to break the ice and meet new people and day trips within Victoria! On our prior bus trips we have had fun in the snow, seen some lovely wildlife and scenery on a walk, had activities on the beach and hosted many mini-competitions, giving people the opportunity to win prizes!

  • Of course! Everyone is welcome and you’re free to chat with us to discuss what’s involved within an event!

    1. Cheaper access to tickets for our events as our members receive discounted rates for tickets

  • We have recruitment rounds every year for our committee which are advertised on our social media (Instagram) and through our emails so please keep an eye out for these!

  • Good news, yes you absolutely can! We welcome everyone into our club and offer a non-DUSA membership option for anyone non-affiliated with Deakin.

    Everyone is welcome to join, no matter what university they are from or whether they are on a break from study!
